Nduja butter and fish

Enjoy this wonderful Nduja butter and fish dish to make your tastebuds tingle. Super quick and easy, a guaranteed hit at mealtime!


  • Cod fillet
  • Romesco sauce ( half a red bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves and handful of toasted almonds)
  • Butter
  • Nduja


  1. Place cod skin side down in a frying pan for a few minutes, place in hot over to cook through (depending on thickness).
  2. Blitz the romesco sauce ingredients up until smooth and set aside.
  3. Combine butter and Nduja.
  4. Remove cod from oven, baste fish in Nduja butter.
  5. Please romesco sauce, fish on top and drizzle nduja butter.
