Made from premium British Halal beef sourced from Randall Parker Food Group, this new product marks the beginning of Cobble Lane Cured’s journey into creating a full Halal product range.
This Halal bresaola is crafted in a dedicated Halal-certified facility in Buckingham, separate from our main production site in Bicester. Certified by the Halal Certification Organisation (HCO) under the 2055-1 standard (Category CIV), the production process adheres to strict Islamic dietary regulations, UK Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP standards. This ensures the highest levels of quality and integrity in every slice.
Available in convenient 1-2kg vacuum-sealed pieces, the Halal bresaola offers the same rich, tender flavour that has become synonymous with Cobble Lane Cured. Perfect for delicatessens, fine dining establishments, and home chefs, this new offering continues our tradition of delivering exceptional air-dried meats with uncompromising quality. The product is stable, requires very little preparation, and allows chefs to focus on more complex tasks in the kitchen while still delivering amazing dishes. It can also be prepared ahead of time without compromising flavour or texture.
