Venison Salami with Sloe Berry

Whole pieces will have a 4-8 month shelf life (can be extended). We suggest to use within 7 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension. The 250g packs will have 41-43 days shelf life. Sliced 100g and 60g packs will have a 7-8 week life. Use with 3 days once opened.

Ingredients: British Venison & Back Fat (97.1%), Salt, Sloe Berry juice, Spices (0.5%), Dextrose, Garlic (0.2%). Preservatives E250 E252 . (Venison content 143g per 100g).

Contains no allergens, gluten or sulphites. Generally sent with a 6-8 week shelf life.
