Islington Saucisson

London's finest saucisson, coarsely minced British high welfare, lean and fatty pork, flavoured with a subtle amount of spices and matured for extra long to develop an intense deep traditional saucisson flavour. Previous winner of the best UK salami award. This is most similar to the classic French saucisson.

This is supplied as a whole single saucisson, so you can easily hand slice it exactly as you wish. Available in the following wholesale packsizes: 

As a Whole pieces x 3 ((3 0.27-0.3kg - total approx 0.85-9kg) and priced by weight at £27 per kg. Generally sent with a 6-8 month shelf life

or Single piece (approx 0.27-0.3kg) at £9 and generally sent with a 8 week shelf life for ambient (which can be extended if stored chilled)

Ingredients – British Pork Leg & Back Fat (97.1%), Salt, Spices (0.5%), Dextrose, Garlic (0.2%). Preservatives E250 E252 . (Pork content 166g per 100g)
