A simple all British pork salami with salt and tellicherry black pepper as well a little garlic, giving a great balanced flavour letting the quality of the meat shine. Our take on a Napoli style Italian salami.12

Made from 100% British pork and hand made & dried in Islington, North London.

As a whole piece (approx 0.9 to 1.1kg) or half piece (approx 0.5kg) , and priced by weight.

Retail / Deli 100g (approx 16-17 slices)

Retail / Deli 60g (approx 11-12 slices)

Whole pieces will have a 6-8 month shelf life (can be extended). We suggest to use within 7 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension. The 500g and 250g packs will have 41-43 days shelf life. Sliced 100g and 60g packs will have a 7-8 week life. Use with 3 days once opened.

Ingredients - British Pork (96.4%) Salt, Black Pepper, Dextrose, Garlic (0.1%). Preservatives: E250 E252. (Pork content 143g per 100g)
