Our Droëwors is a traditional Southern African air-dried snack, inspired by the bold, fragrant flavours of Boerewors— a spiced sausage beloved across South Africa. This skinnier, dry-cured version is made with 100% British beef, coarsely ground and carefully seasoned spices, then dried slowly to intensify the flavour and preserve the meat naturally.

This new and improved recipe is now completely free from all 14 declarable allergens, making it suitable for even more customers — without compromising on taste, texture, or quality. The result is a protein-rich, savoury snack stick that’s satisfying, portable, and packed with character.
