Our new C-Cups Cupping Pepperoni is made in an edible casing (that is left on) that shrinks and curls when cooked, delivering the signature Cup & Char look loved in Detroit and NY-style pizzas. At around 32mm in diameter, it’s packed with bigger, bolder flavour — more smoke, more paprika, and a lively tang. 

Crafted by hand from British Red Tractor pork belly and shoulder for the ideal texture and fat content. The smaller 32mm diameter slices crisp perfectly, giving that irresistible pizzeria-style finish. Matured traditionally and slowly, our premium Cupping pepperoni works perfectly as a topping on pizzas, making it a favourite among independent pizzerias across the UK!  

In the UK we supply our Pepperoni to the likes of Dough Hands, 5 Boroughs, Sodo Pizza, Spring Street, The Old Queens Head Islington, Base Face Pizza, Rias, Bertha’s Pizza, Slice n Brew, Paulies, Slice Sourdough, Bad Boy Pizza Society, Nell’s Pizza and Hot Wood.

Ingredients-British Pork (94%), Salt, Hungarian Paprika, Spices (1.0%), Dextrose, Garlic (0.1%). Preservatives: E250(Sodium Nitrite) E252 (Potassium Nitrate), Stabiliser E451 (Sodium Triphosphate)  (Pork content 125g per 100g)
