Our Smoked Speck is made with carefully selected British pork legs, dry-cured with salt and spices, then gently smoked over beechwood for a deep, aromatic flavour. Aged for 10-12 weeks to develop its rich, savoury character, it has a balanced smokiness that doesn’t overpower the natural sweetness of the pork.

Ingredients - British Pork Collar (95.1%) , Salt, Cane Sugar, Spices (0.3%), Garlic (0.1%). Preservatives: E250 E252. (Pork content 166g per 100g)
