Our new Chorizo has been perfected to be used primarily as a pizza toppings! Its a premium, handmade chorizo style salami crafted using traditional methods. Made with high-welfare British pork, sweet chillies and Hungarian paprika, then slowly air-dried to deliver a deep, balanced heat.
It is approx 70mm diameter (like our other large salamis) and mixed with a selection of sweet medium-heat chillies as well as Hungarian paprika to give a similar flavour profile to our the Soppressata Salami. Its fully cured, so is ready to eat safe.
Ingredients- British Pork (95.1%), Salt, Spices (0.8%), Sweet Paprika, Dextrose, Garlic (0.1%). Preservatives: E250(Sodium Nitrite) E252 (Potassium Nitrate), Stabiliser E451 (Sodium Triphosphate) (Pork content 143g per 100g)
Contains no allergens, gluten or sulphites.
