Made of course from British lambs, and mixed with tellicherry black pepper, whole peppercorns, cinnamon, rosemary, garlic and red wine. Matured for 5 weeks, for a slightly firmer & drier texture.
This is supplied as a whole single saucisson, so you can easily hand slice it exactly how you like it.
Available in two wholesale packsizes:
As a half piece (approx 180-200g) at a fixed price.
Or As wholepieces x 3 (3 x 360-400g each) total around 1.1kgs-1.2kgs, and priced by weight. Large packs sent with a 3-9 month shelf life (can be extended).
Generally the smaller deli packs sent with a 6-8 week shelf life (can be extended if refrigerated). We suggest to use within 7 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension.
