Our Smoked Speck is made with carefully selected British pork legs, dry-cured with salt and spices, then gently smoked over beechwood for a deep, aromatic flavour. Aged for 10-12 weeks to develop its rich, savoury character, it has a balanced smokiness that doesn’t overpower the natural sweetness of the pork.

Available in the following wholesale pack sizes: 

As a whole piece (approx 1.5-2kg) or half piece (approx 0.8-1.2kg), and priced by weight at £33 per kg.

And available as pre-sliced packs:  Wholesale 250g (approx 33 slices) at £10.75 each

Some of our products are sold by weight, ensuring you receive exactly what you pay for. When you place an order, a holding fee will be authorised on your payment method based on an estimated weight. However, you will not be charged until your order is packed, and the final weight is confirmed. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will adjust the total amount accordingly and process the payment.

This ensures accuracy and fairness, so you only pay for what you receive. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

Whole pieces will have a 6 month shelf life (can be extended). We suggest to use within 7 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension. Sliced packs will have 36-38 days shelf life. Use with 3 days once opened.
