A 6 week matured traditional delicacy from the Italian regions of Umbria and Lazio, which  prepared from British pork jowl / cheeks . Guanciale has a much more sweet and intense flavour than its rival, belly bacon, and has a silky golden fat that simply melts in your mouth.

Enjoy eating as is or as an ingredient for your cooking. The original meat for Carbonara!

Ingredients - British Pork, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Spices, Rosemary , Garlic,   E250, E252    

Now in two new sizes:

Approx 350g-400g each, these tend to average 375g each.

And a smaller pack 150-200g each, these tend to average 175g each
