Our sliced cured silverside of beef is air-dried for approx 3 months with a traditional recipe of herbs and spices, which give a refreshing tangy flavour. Originating from the Lombardy region in Italy, this is a great way to experience lean British beef. The perfect choice for to snack on its own or with a drizzle of olive oil, great on a sharing platter to enjoy with drinks or as a really punchy filling for a decadent sandwich.

As a whole piece (approx 1.4 to 2.2kg) or half piece (approx 0.7 to 1.1kg), and priced by weight.

Whole pieces will have a 6-8 month shelf life (can be extended). We suggest to use within 7 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension.
The 250g packs have a 30-31 days shelf life. Sliced 100g and 60g packs will have a 7-8 week life. Use with 3 days once opened.
