Product description

After many months of testing & perfecting the recipe, we think it's the best British Chorizo in the land!  Ours is made by hand with 100% minced British pork, Mexican Chillis, Spanish paprika, a little garlic and some mixed spices. This semi-cured product has a smokey flavour, is versatile and can be used in a variety of cooking methods. Each sausage is approx 65-70g and 12cm long. Note; this is ready-to-eat safe.

Available in two wholesale packsizes:

As a small / Deli pack of 250g (approx 4 x sausages)

Or As a larger catering sized bag (1kg, approx 16 sausages) and priced by kg

Will have a 1-4 month shelf life (can be extended). Generally we suggest to use within 5 days of opening, if you have a vacuum sealer machine, then you can re-seal the packs to stop the clock. Use by the use by date, or contact us for a shelf life extension.
