The name Kabanos (also known as Cabanossi, Kabanoski, or Kabana in Polish) derives from ‘kabanek,’ a term used for young fat hogs. Recognized as one of the most beloved Polish sausages, our Kabanos might just be the finest sausage stick in the world!
